Turning

  • We have four CNC lathes, configured for different types of work.
  • Gildemeister NEF CT 20 with maximum turning capacity Ø 250 for L. 180mm , equipped with 12 tools and hydraulic tailstock, workpiece pick-up handle, Ø42 bar passage.
  • Gildemeister NEF CT 20 with IEMCA bar loader up to 3 meters with which we can process rounds up to a maximum diameter of 42, squares 30, hexagons 36mm. Equipped with 16 tools, hydraulic tailstock and workpiece pick-up handle.
  • Hurco TMX10MYSi maximum turning capacity Ø 375 by L. 620mm, equipped with 12 motorized tools, Y-axis, counter spindle and C1 and C3 axis that allows us to machine workpieces ensuring accuracy between the two stages. Main spindle bar passage 78mm , workpiece pickup handle and provision for bar loader. High coolant pressure for drilling and groove machining, RENISHAW presetting for tool zeroing.
